21 years ago we were manning the phones, and mailing out rental agreements via the post office. By 2020, we had much more business, but only a handful of calls a day, because everything you need from us is online.

So, as of 2020, we’ve gone to a virtual office. Rates and availability are now online. Most other things are now done via live chat.
